FAQ

HTML to PDF

Is my CSS applied when converting HTML to PDF?
Yes. The page is rendered in a real browser engine, so your stylesheets are applied — including @media print rules. If the PDF looks different from the screen, a print stylesheet is usually overriding the screen layout.
How do I control where pages break?
Use the CSS page-break properties — break-before, break-after, and break-inside: avoid — on headings, tables, and cards. Without them the renderer breaks wherever the content happens to reach the bottom of the page.
Will external images, fonts, and scripts load?
Assets referenced by absolute URLs are fetched during rendering. Assets that depend on relative paths, authentication, or scripts that run long after load may be missing — inline critical CSS and images to get a reliable result.

Most free tools make money by processing and analyzing the contents of your files. We don't. DocsMe was built with local document processing as a first-class feature, not an afterthought.
