FAQ

Excel to PDF

Why are the right-hand columns cut off in my PDF?
A sheet that is wider than the page has to break somewhere. Switch to landscape orientation, use a fit-to-width scaling option, or hide columns you do not need before converting — that keeps every column on one page.
What happens to a workbook with several sheets?
Each sheet is converted in turn and becomes its own set of pages in the PDF, so a three-sheet workbook produces one document containing all three. Print areas defined in Excel are respected.
Are formulas and cell formatting preserved?
Formulas are exported as their calculated results, which is what a printed spreadsheet shows. Number formats, colours, borders, and merged cells are preserved as they appear on screen.

Most free tools make money by processing and analyzing the contents of your files. We don't. DocsMe was built with local document processing as a first-class feature, not an afterthought.
