- Why are the right-hand columns cut off in my PDF?
- A sheet that is wider than the page has to break somewhere. Switch to landscape orientation, use a fit-to-width scaling option, or hide columns you do not need before converting — that keeps every column on one page.
- What happens to a workbook with several sheets?
- Each sheet is converted in turn and becomes its own set of pages in the PDF, so a three-sheet workbook produces one document containing all three. Print areas defined in Excel are respected.
- Are formulas and cell formatting preserved?
- Formulas are exported as their calculated results, which is what a printed spreadsheet shows. Number formats, colours, borders, and merged cells are preserved as they appear on screen.
